isilox cant convert spanish

I can´t convert spanish documents. In the text encoding options dont appear the spanish. When I use the western european language it may dont convert the spanish letters specially (áéóíú)

In iSiloX, go to the Properties dialog for the entry you created for conversion of the document, then go to the Document tab and click "Text Encoding Options". In the Text Encoding dialog, set the "Output document text encoding" to "Unicode (UTF-8)". Then reconvert and see if you can now see the text correctly. If that does not work, you may need to specify what the source encoding is by selecting the proper entry from "For source files that do not specify their encoding, assume the following encoding" in the Text Encoding dialog.
