I am trying to open Font Silo chapter in the iSilo Manual for Palm OS but I get an answer that I am not authorized to do it. What's wrong?

Oh, so you mean on the iSilo.com website and not the iSilo Manual document in the iSilo installation package. The problem has now been fixed on the website. Please give it another try.
