Anytime I convert a webpage where smart quotes (the curly kind) are used, the quote marks turn into a string of three symbols - ’. Smart quote hyphens do the same thing. It didn't do this in the beginning, but change about 3 months ago. I was using version 3.1 at the time. In the hopes of clearing the problem, I installed version 4.2 but the problem is still there. HELP!
