Repeated document registration

I am running 4.2 on T5. Each time I open a document, the registration code must be re-entered. Why? How do I fix? The code does work but must be re-entered each time.

Try increasing the maximum size for the settings database. To do this, go to the document list view's Options menu and tap "Document List". In the "Document List Options" dialog, increase the "Settings" to the next higher value (e.g., if it is 100K, try 250K), then tap OK.

In the past week, I have had 3 of my customers mention that they are having to re-enter their registration numbers for one of my eBooks.

I found this tread and have been sending the link to these customers. It does solve their problem.

But, is there a bug in iSilo or something in my eBook that is starting to cause this? I have sold hundreds of copies of this eBook and yet only in this past week has there been a problem.

Should I write each of these customers back to find out if they all have the same type of PDA to see if it is a problem with their particular PDAs?

I just find it strange that there hasn't been a problem before and yet in the past week it seems that the problem is becoming common.

It is unlikely a problem with your particular document.

Without having all three devices to examine directly, it would be hard to determine what is causing the problem. It is likely a combination of individual factors combined with how iSilo might be handling the scenario composed of those factors. We will need to give it some more thought.
