Generally Palm application programs have the .prc extension, but it can also be possible for Palm data files to have the .prc extension, though in most cases data files will have the .pdb extension. However, the Palm database format, which .prc and .pdb extensions are supposed to denote, is a generic format and so each application program can have data files (e.g., .pdb/.prc files) in its own specific or proprietary format. So it is really not possible for a program to read all .pdb/.prc files. You really need to know in what format the .pdb/.prc files are.
iSilo can only read .pdb/.prc files in iSilo and Palm Doc format. It can not read .pdb/.prc files in any other format, nor is there a general method for converting .pdb/.prc files in other formats to iSilo format.
