when I go into Isilo or in other words go to open a document, it shows all my files on my Zire 71 whether they are isilo or not and only opens the isilo files. I can't tell what is isilo or not so I go to the document and try to open it and just get frustrated! I have even tried to put my known isilo documents into my favorites file. What can I do?
Thanks, Ross

You have a couple of options:
1. If you want all views of the document list to show only files in iSilo format, then go to the Options menu and tap Document Types. In the Document Type Options dialog, under "Document types to list", check only the types you want iSilo to list (e.g., uncheck "Other"). Then under "Files on storage cards", check "Use document type filtering". Note that when you check the document type filtering option, listing of the document list will be slower.
2. Place the files you want to view with iSilo in one or more directories that you dedicate specifically for files for viewing with iSilo. For example, you can place all your files in the /Palm/Programs/iSilo directory, which is set up as a favorite folder. You will also want to remove the Launcher favorite folder alias so that files in the /Palm/Launcher directory do not appear in the Categorized view's [All] and [Uncategorized] listing.
Thats a bad one
I prefer a "light" app for opening my files when I click over them in my P800, Isilo is now my default TXT app :(

Ahh!!! I wondered why things had slowed down since 4 came out. I have always used programs/isilo as the external folder so now I know I don't need this checked, it has sped up the file listing an awful lot...
