iSiloX NOT working

I have a problem that I hope can be solved. I am using ISX for conversion of documents (works), but I CANNOT SAVE THE documents to my device to save my soul. Saves do not work to core, internal SD, or external SD cards. Saves do not work to any number of folders specifically designated in the path dialog (using a preceding "/" ie /SD Card/PALM/programs/iSilo).

Please help me either to get this working or to tell me how I can save converted documents MANUALLY. I really dont care, I just need to get the darn documents onto my Palm (Tungsten T5).

Have you tried to save to a file on your local computer?

Have you tried using the "//Documents/iSilo" (i.e., the "first free" path as specified here (http://isilox.com/support/manual/iSiloX/ReferenceManual/DocumentProperties/Destination.htm))?
