View Full Version : Help ... double "scheduling" conversions running at same time

Hi,

Most of my iSiloX conversions on Windows are set as "scheduled" items for different times of the day. Lately, for some reason, every time a scheduled conversion kicks in, it runs "twice" at the same time (in two separate windows).

I have tried to reboot, but to no avail. Is there anyway of reseting/deleting/viewing the scheduling queue?

Thanks,
Joe

Go to the Windows Control Panel (Start/Control Panel on XP) and double-click Scheduled Tasks. Delete all the iSiloX scheduled tasks. Then restart iSiloX so that it adds back the necessary scheduled task.

Great that worked. Solved the problem.

Maybe there should be a button in the iSiloX interface that takes you to the Scheduling Task window?

Have a good day.

Joe

I have also run into this "double scheduling" problem. What causes the problem? It's annoying and like to eliminate the problem. I run multipe scheduled iSiloX processes during the day.

Here are some possibilities:

1. For each individual scheduled .ixl file, there will be an individual scheduled task entry.
2. If you have multiple copies of iSiloX (i.e., you installed a copies in multiple directories) and you have scheduled .ixl files from each (even if they are the same .ixl files), then each copy of iSiloX will also have its own scheduled task entry.
