unlock font

i have a sony clie. downloaded a book from your website that i am unable to unlock. i went into the font options and reset everything to device font, checked the also set as defaults, but it is still locked.

Not sure what you mean by "unlock" and "locked"? Could you please clarify and explain in more detail?
