error (0x0502) when copying to card

I'm using iSilo 4.01 on my Palm Tungsten 3 with a SanDisk 128MB SD card.
I have no problem copying smaller files (100-3000kb) to the card from the internal memory but every time I try to copy my 10MB iSilo document (which worked on previous PDA's and iSilo 3.x) to the card, I get an error message: (0x0502). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Justin

The file might be too large, so compress it into a zip file first and then try emailing it to email at isilo dot com.

Thank you for the great support. By reformatting the card and downloading a Palm T3 update, the problem is solved. I truly appreciate your rapid response. Justin
