"Fatal Exception" with T5

Hello,

I just purchased iSilo 4.20 yerterday and am running it on a Tungsten T5 (OS 5.4 with CJK OS disabled and no other runtimes running).

I encountered no problem with most files but when it comes to the file of around 9Mb (a medical file called "Clinical Medicine Consult" by Carl Weber), I run into the error of "Fatal Exception" after around 6-7 minutes of absolutely normal usage. I am forced to use the "hard reset" button over the back of my machine (the whole machine was freezed).

Do you know of others who have this same problem? Is it due to the huge size of the file or some problems of iSilo

There has been one report of a similar problem on a Treo 650, but nothing has come of it yet.

Can you go into the Tools menu and tap System Information and reply with the amount of memory, both Free and Total, for all of Dynamic, Storage, and DB Cache?

I have been unable to reproduce the problem so far on a Tungsten T5, but try disabling all layout and see whether it helps. To do so, go to the Options menu, tap Display, set the Layout setting to "Disable all layout", then tap OK. Try it and let us know whether the problem seems to go away.
