Will iSilo 4.x read 3.x documents

Where can I find the compatablility for the different versions of iSilo being able to read different versions of iSilo docs?

Specifically, does iSilo 4.x read 3.x documents?

There was a major document-format change from 2.x to 3.x, but 3.x and 4.x are essentially the same. New extensions (e.g., lossily-compressed images) are not supported by older readers, but the newer readers support all previous iSilo document formats.
