this is the first time I have tried to register this product and have hit a brick wall. I have entered the code more than 20 times and I get the same message, that I made a mistake in entering the code, I have not. The troubleshooting section says that I need the right code for the version that I have. My version is 3.11. Do these people have a live wire where I can call. I can't find any phone numbers or addresses.

Assuming you made the purchase recently, make sure that you have installed version 3.35 or later.

upgrading to ver. 3.35 did the trick, thanks.
