This is the message i get for every document and program i try to convert and download to my palm. How can i fix this. Pleasee help!!!

You use iSiloX to convert from HTML, text, and Palm Doc format to iSilo format. iSiloX can not convert from any other format.

In what format are the documents you are trying to convert?

i have word documents. Also a friend has isolo on his palm and was able to download a program close to an ecyclopedia. I have that encyclopedia and tried to do this but everything i try to convert ends up giving me the does not support message.

To convert the content of a Word document, you will need to save it in HTML format or Web Page format first. You can then use iSiloX to convert from HTML format to iSilo format.
