Need to re-enter document registration code on IPAQ

One of my users reports that every time he tries to open my iSilo document on his iPAQ it is re-prompting him for the document's registration code. Normally, this is required the first time only and not again unless the document is deleted and reinstalled.

Any ideas about what's going on or what I should suggest to him?

1. The user is using version 4.05, in which there was a bug whereby tapping the iSilo icon to start iSilo would start a new instance of iSilo instead of bringing the existing running instance to the foreground. The new instance would not have the saved registration information. Ask the user to update to the latest version in this case.

2. The user is performing a soft or hard reset of his device and so iSilo does not get a chance to permanently save the registration information.
