I have been using iSilo and iSilox for a couple of years and have never had a problem with it. I now have a new T5 and cannot seem to get the documents to install onto the SD card. I have just discovered that they are on the handheld but I have no idea how they got there as they didnt appear in the install tray at all. Any ideas welcome!

You must install iSilo into main memory (not on an external card) or iSiloX cannot copy documents into the specificed locations. If you do not install iSilo "properly", then all installed documents are simply copied into main memory.
This topic comes up rather frequently. Perhaps the iSilo web page should have a FAQ/Knowledge Base item for this issue.

Where on the handheld are they?
Are the documents in the internal storage memory (e.g., the one where Palm databases go), or in the internal storage drive (e.g., the one that acts like an internal memory card)?
If it is the latter, then it is probably the case that it appears as the first "storage card" when the iSilo install conduit installs files to the card when there is no specified path. In this case, you would need to specify the path in iSiloX for each of the conversion entries that you want to go to your SD card.

Yes they seem to be on the internal card - how can I specify that they go to the SD card? They all used to pop into the install tray and I manually moved them across but I dont see anything in the install tray any more.

I apologize. I was not aware that Palm was now using the concept of an "internal storage drive" when I answered earlier.
To address your question, you may differentiate between storage cards by specifying the name of the card in the path (see here (http://isilox.com/support/manual/iSiloX/ReferenceManual/DocumentProperties/Destination.htm)). From the Document List view in iSilo, tap the icon to the left of a document on the SD card and select Information. The name after "Location:" will tell you the name of the volume.
For example, I use MEMSTICK as the volume name of my external storage, and I install documents to "/Palm/Programs/iSilo". Thus, my destination path is "/MEMSTICK/Palm/Programs/iSilo". (Set your appropriate value in the default properties so that you don't have to type it in every time.)

I'm using a Treo 650. I've tried to specify the path in the iSiloX, but it still doesn't work. When the path is specified, the file that was supposedly clipped would not be installed at all.
Any idea? Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks!

If you are using iSiloX Clipper, try installing the latest version, which is version 4.26. There was a bug in iSiloX Clipper that was fixed as of version 4.25 with regard to specifying paths.
If you are using iSiloX (as opposed to iSiloX Clipper), what is the path that you specified?
