can't syn with my dopod 565

Hi, I am using the dopod 565 smartphone (windows mobile 2003 se). Same as Orange C500 model.

I can't syn the isilox document to the smartphone. After I register iSilo Install Provider for ActiveSync. The activesyn have a iSilo icon under the syn items. But....I connect the usb cable and activesyn, the iSilo will be disappear. I dont know why.

How can I syn the document to the smartphone. Thanks

You may need to install iSilo to the internal memory of your device instead of a memory card if that is what you did.

Also, it may be the case that your device requires that device-side ActiveSync service providers be signed. The iSilo component that assists in the transferring of documents to the device is not signed, so that may be the issue.

The developer has to sign it. It costs not an insignificant amount of money and is under consideration for the future.

please assist. im a brit currently in china, and looking to buy a new phone. im new to all this new technology. can you please tell me which of dopod 565 and sony k700 is better? also, here in china the sony is sold as the k700C! does that mean that when i come back to the UK i cant use it? is the frequency the same? whatever that means? also, does the dopod have the panoramic feature for the camera as on the k700?
