A few little things that could make this great application even better :
More options for the toolbar :
Option to put it at the top of the document (on a T3, the toolbar + palm quicklaunch icons stack up and seam to take up too much space on screen).
When I try using iSilo with the toolbar hidden, I can never hit the sweet spot (right corner) on the first try. A visual queue, such as a little triangle pointing to the left under the scrollbar, would be easier.
Javascript and forms support (I would like to integrate a peds drugs/drips calc in my clinical notes... have created a javascript page which runs great under webpro, but I would prefer to stick to iSilo)
