iSilo clipper non functioning

I am using Windows XP home edition adn my iSilo clipper idoes not ahve an icon on it, when I my mouse arrow is over the 'blank' button in the toolbar I see a message , it says 'iSiloX clipper' on teh highlighter square under the arrow and most impotantly the clipper is not functioning to automatically trandsform the web page into iSil format.
I wonder if this is because the Windows program has put up firewalls.
Does anyone have any suggestions regarding how to restore the clipper to a functining mode?

Did you try reinstalling iSiloX?

I'm just guessing, but perhaps Windows Update upgraded your copy of Internet Explorer; the upgrade may have changed one of the Clipper files.
