difficulty converting web page

I have tried to convert two pages, carefully following the iSilo directions. Each time it has not worked due to "unsupported content" of the pages. What does this mean.

Unsupported content would mean that iSiloX was either not able to determine the content type or it is neither HTML nor plain text nor Palm Doc.

Were you attempting to convert content stored on your hard drive or on the web? If on the web, what is the URL of the content so that we can give it a try?
