Add items to previous documents

Is there a way to edit a preciously done document? I have a large file that I received from someone else that I would like to add additional research articles to it. How is that done if I don't have the original files? Thanks Rob

You need the original source files so that you can edit them and then reconvert. It is not possible to edit a document in iSilo format.
