Converted Documents Not Being Shown

I just got a Tungsten T3. I just purchased the iSilo 4.15 and downloaded the latest iSiloX program. I registered it for my username and current device (Tungsten T3). When I try to convert a web page using the icon on my internet explorer toolbar it seems to convert OK. However the document does not show up in my install box. When I hotsync, it does actually show up in my iSilo reader but only on the internal memory. I would like to be able to see the document in my install box and choose wheter or not I want to have it on my memory card or internal memory. My palm desktop software has hotsync manager 4. I am still using Windows 98 2e if this helps.

When you set up iSiloX to install documents to the internal memory of your device, the document files will not show up in the Quick Install list, which is what I am assuming you are using. Start up Palm Desktop and click the Install icon, *not* the Quick Install icon. They should appear in the Install list.

Alternatively, if you know that you want the documents install to the memory cards, then in iSiloX, you can configure individual conversion entries to go to the memory card. Right-click an entry, click Properties, then click the Destination tab. You can modify destinations there. Please see the iSiloX manual for additional details on all the possibilities.
