If I am in the middle of a document and go to another app without closing the document, iSilo seems to 'forget' I where I was along with all the customized view settings for that document. When I close it and reopen it from the document list, it comes back fine. I should note I have this document stored on my card. It happens in all the documents on the card, not just one. Any thoughts?

In what directory are your documents located and from which view (e.g., Categorized, Device & Storage Cards, etc.) do you open the documents?

The files are located in /PALM/Programs/iSilo.

I open most of my files from Categorized.

Would you be able to email as a file attachment your document settings database file to http://www.isilo.com/img/email.jpg?

Assuming you are running Windows, to do so, first perform a HotSync. Then look in the directory where you installed the Palm Desktop software, there should be a directory named similar to your HotSync name. Within that directory, there should be a directory named Backup. Within the Backup directory, the file you want to send is _iSiloDocSettingsDB_.pdb.

I moved from a 256mb to 1g card and it seems iSilo was keeping track of the same file on each card. One was categorized, and the other was not. I could not figure out how to delete those from the old card, so I deleted the settings database and am currently in the process of reassigning all the categories. I think it will fix the problem - will test soon.
