4.15 problem with full-screen

When I toggle to full-screen mode, 1 pixel is left at the top of the screen, so when i toggle back, i lose a pixel at the bottom. After a few toggles the toolbar is gone! :(
Also if i autoscroll after 2 toggles on full-screen - it doesn't work, it looks like a bar code! :(
