conversions not showing in QuickInstall

What would stop a document from reaching its Hotsync destination? A File or Folder destination is okay, double-clicking the resultant PDB loads it into Quick Install for the next time I synchronize my IIIxe. My environment is all new (no upgrades):
XP SP1, NTFS, workgroup
isiloX 4.0
Palm Desktop 4.1
HotSync Manager 4.1.0
Quick Install 1.0

It does not seem to matter whether I am logged onto the machine with my user or administrator account. My XP user account has FullControl to the Palm user folder.

In iSiloX | Tools | iSiloX Install [Conduit Provider] have been registered:
Conduit iSilol.dll 3.2.5.0
Provider iSiloDtS.dll 2=3.1.5.0

Quick Install is new and uses a different directory, so it does not show files that are queued for installation using the previous conventional method. So although files queued for HotSync by iSiloX will not show up in the Quick Install list, they will still be installed to your device when you perform a HotSync.

Guess I was being too methodical about checking each step instead of waiting to see how the end result came out :(
