Issues with 5.08 [Archive]

The new update is a great improvement from the prior versions. Isilo runs much smoother on android. However, I have been having problems trying to follow links to the correct document. Instead of leading me to the document stated by the file it takes me back to the home screen of the .pdb file. The links were working just fine on Isilo 5.07, however are not working on the current version. I'm currently running android 1.6. If any could help I would greatly appreciate it.

In our tests, external links are working. Would you be able to provide the document file set to us so that we can attempt to reproduce the problem to determine the cause? If so, please send a zip of the file set to http://www.iSilo.com/img/email.jpg along with the specific links to click to reproduce the problem.

I have been trying to send the two files I'm having issues with, however one is too big to send even after it is zipped. The file is about 1.67 MB. Both files are necessary to reproduce the problem I'm having. Please let me know if there is an alternative to providing you the files.

1.67 MB is small enough and should go through without a problem. Do you mean 167MB?

Okay, then go to http://my.isilo.com/ (http://my.isilo.com/), upload the zip file, and email the URL that is provided after the upload completes, along with the set of links to follow to reproduce the problem.

I have uploaded the files and sent the URL via email. The email also contains instructions on the links that I'm having problems with. Once again thank you for your assistance.

We have reproduced the problem and will look into fixing it for the next update. In the meantime, the only workaround is to use the previous version. If you need to download the previous version .apk, you can click here (http://www.iSilo.com/download/dl/iSilo507And.apk).
