Here's a quick list of some iSiloX for Mac OS interface suggestions:

Add up/down arrow key navigation in the Document List, Property Panels, and anywhere else they'd seem intuitively usable.
Add the ability to double-click items to edit them, such as a URL/File in the Source Properties.
Add/change keyboard shortcuts for more compatibility with Apple guidelines.
Make confirmation popup dialogs for certain Property actions be more centered with the Properties window so it's not necessary to move the mouse so far across the screen to reach them.
Add the ability to manually sort items in a Document List. This would be useful for organizing items without creating additional lists.
Add a "Next Schedule Conversion" column to the Document List window.
Add option to cancel a scheduled conversion in the Scheduled Conversion until it's next normally scheduled conversion time. Currently it's limited to scheduling a conversion for a Later time rather than skipping it completely.
Add a way to remove converted items with an External Card or Path destination since there's no interface for doing it from the HotSync Manager.

A lot could be done to make it a more OS X friendly application and hopefully I've picked a few things that aren't too demanding. :)

Thanks!

Btw, it wasn't obvious whether to post this here or in the general Mac OS subforum for iSiloX. I chose here since this one's for requests.
