4.1b4 Will not register

I am using 4.1b4 and it will not take my registration code. I am using a Sony NX70V. I've been trying out 4.1 since 4.1b2 and none of them have taken my registration. Can you help?

Note that if you have a single user license for version 3.x, your registration code will not work for version 4.x. If you purchased before August 2003, then your license will be for version 3.x, in which case, you can purchase the single user license upgrade for $9.99 from the iSilo online store (http://www2.isilo.com/Store/store.php).

I thought I had lifetime free upgrades. I purchased iSilo back in 8/99. And how do we update our email info as mine has changed since I registered five years ago.

The free upgrades are only within a major version number (e.g., 3.x or 4.x).

I believe I sent an email to their primary address (http://isilo.com/info/contact.htm) with both the old and the new email address (I might have included my registration code), and they had no problem with that.
