Screen size

What are the screen sizes for the Palm and Pocket PC in pixels? I am creating a document that have a lot of images and I would prefer to make them of a size so that the user will not need to scroll.

With the scroll bar? Without? Full screen mode?

Palm devices are going to be 160x160 and 160x240 (Palm OS 4 and older), 320x320 or 320x480 (some older Palms and Palm OS 5 and newer). Pocket PC devices are 240x320 (almost all devices) and 480x640.
