Garbage ? character on output

I found that since iSiloX version 4.x whenever a web site's HTM document contains &nbsp characters inside the HTML document iSiloX will convert them as ? character. This problem does not appear in version 3.x so is it any method to turn off some handling to ignore this conversion?
