Question on formatting text

Hey smart people,

I recently got isiloX which I think is amazing.

But I don't really get the whole deal with line formatting, carraige returns and all that. My problem is that the text always gets cut off on the right so to view it you have to scroll right. I want it so that you just scroll down to read, but images can pehaps stick out farther.

It seems like there's an easy answer, but all of my changes to the settings in the text and document panes of the settings window seem like they dont affect anything.
