Text-decoration: none tags not working

I am trying to remove the underline from all my links in an html document that I run through iSiloX and then view with iSilo on my iPod Touch. I am using a style tag with "a {text-decoration: none}" on every page. When I view the pages with an html browser, the underline is gone. However, when I run them through iSiloX and view them with iSilo, all my links are underlined? Any ideas?
