Synching files

I installed the conduit and converted a website. Why doesn't it get on to my handheld when I synchronize?

What model device do you have?

Is this for Palm OS or Pocket PC?

If for Pocket PC, did you run the iSilo for Pocket PC .exe file (it sets up the conduit on Microsoft Windows and installs the client on your portable device).

If or Palm OS, are you trying to install the converted page onto an expansion card? If so, make sure iSilo is installed in main memory and not on the expansion card.

In iSiloX, go to the Tools menu and click HotSync information. Can you copy the data there and post it so that we can see what your HotSync configuration looks like?
