Hi,
I tried to global search inside iSilo (Menu/Tools/Find) for a word in a huge (50+MB) collection of iSilo documents. I had 4.2MB free on my T3. The Find routine crashed while searching in a 25MB document, requiring a soft reset. Later investigation revealed that iSilo had created a cache file that filled the 4.2MB of formerly free RAM. That prevented a successful HotSync amongst other things. I deleted the cache file and regained my RAM. Of course, I can read and traverse hyperlinks in the 25MB document with no problem.
May I suggest that iSilo limit its Find cache file to some % of available RAM to avoid this situation? Thanks!
