4.05 Upgrade

OK, I just installed version 4.05 (from 4.01) and I don't seem to understand the categories. I am trying to create a subcategory. I keep going through the steps in the manual. There is no "sub-category checkbox" for me to check after tapping on "new" and putting in the name.

What am I doing wrong?

The attached screenshot shows the New Category dialog. The "Sub-category" checkbox is right below the Name field.

After some further investigation, it appears that it is a bug. If the category under which you want to create the sub-category is checked, the "Sub-category" checkbox mysteriously does not appear in the "New Category" dialog. For a workaround, you can first uncheck the category, create the sub-category, then re-check the category.
