I have just purchased Isilo from the Iphone app store and I am trying to transfer files to it. I read through the step by step instructions and when I try to go to the websites it tells me, they will not open. What do I do?
Thanks Donald

What operating system is the computer from which you want to transfer the files and what is its IP address?
Are you connecting from home or work? Do you have any firewalls in place?

On your XP computer, open a command line window and run ipconfig by doing this:
In the Start menu, click Run
In the Run dialog, type cmd into the field, then tap OK to get a command line window.
In the command line window that appears, type ipconfig then hit the Enter key.
What does it give there for the IP address?
Are you attempting to connect from home or work? Do you have a wireless router? How is your network setup?

When I put in ipconfig it gives me the IP address of: 65.28.255.220
I am not using a wireless router. I have my computer connected directly to my cable modem. I am connecting from home.
Thanks,
Donald

In order to transfer files directly from your computer to your device, you need to have a Wi-Fi network to which your device connects. The Wi-Fi network must be on the same subnet as the computer. If you do not have such a setup, then the only other way to transfer files is through the 3G network, in which you upload your file to a web server and then download it to your device through iSilo's Menu/Download command.
For a step-by-step example, go to the FAQ (http://www.isilo.com/support/faq.htm) page and look under the "general" section for the question "How do I get a file onto my iPhone/iPod touch for viewing with iSilo™ using a web server?".
