Broken URL filters

iSiloX 4.1b1 for Windows doesn't obey the URL filters. I have a couple sites with a wildcard "exclude *" and an "include *.site.com". The new beta is following all the offsite links regardless of the filters. The previous release behaved properly. I can provide the .ixl file and generated .pdb if desired.
