HOW CAN I CONVERT 'PDB' to 'TXT' ?

Other than using the Copy command to copy the text of the document into another application that you can then use to save the text, you can also use iSilo for Windows (http://www.iSilo.com/download/iSiloW32.htm) to save to text format.

I don't think there is any way to directly convert an iSilo file to txt, because the iSilo text is encrypted. You could, however, select and copy all of the text and paste it in Memo (if the document you are trying to convert is not protected against copying).

Unfortunately, memo files are limitted to 34k or so, so if you have a big file (read > 34k), this won't work :(
There is a program called MakeDoc I'm trying to figure out how to run (it's a .jar file, and I've never had to figure out how to run these before), that I think allows you to convert iSilo -> txt.

I have found a program:

It is called pdb2txt

It works fine, but now I am searching for one who works on more than 1 file a time
