iSiloX Clipper Not Reading Default Setting

I am using iSiloX 4.05 on Windows XP Pro. The iSiloX is doing fine, but the Clipper is not reading the default settings. I set the default destination, but the clipper will always load some other value.

This is what I found out:
1. "iSiloX" and "iSiloX Clipper" are not reading the exact same default setting.
2. For Palm OS, you cannot set the destination path in "iSiloX Clipper" as default property, otherwise, next time when Clipper is launched, it will parse it wrong. But you can set the destination path for the current webpage, but it won't be remembered.
3. Just set the Clipper default destination to external memory will result in writing to the path set in iSiloX default destination setting!

I think this should be a bug.
