Hi ! I recently bought NOKIA E71 and tried to purchase Isilo for it from your site.I choose to buy it from handango website and when I was about to buy it , it gave me the following info
"Sorry iSilo for Symbian Series 60 is not compatible with your device."
Why is it so ? Has your team not yet developed the software for Nokia E71 ?!
Very strange ! Please ,any info abt this is appreciated and would be glad to buy your software for my phone very soon after your clarification .Thank you ! :)

The license will work with "iSilo for Symbian S60 3rd Edition" on your E71. You should purchase the license directly from the iSilo online store (http://store.iSilo.com).

Hi I downloaded the Isilo for NOKIA E71 and also registered it after buying it.But after opening Isilo,all the small icons on the top of page are NOT functioning at all ! Also when I tried to open the isilomanualS60.pdb from the isilo folder in the documents folder, it says " Unable to open .File type not supported " !
Cant understand what could be wrong ! Please help .Appreciate your valuble time :)

Use left and right on the four-way navigation key to go to a different tab.

You need to open the files from within iSilo, not from the File Manager.

I have been using the left right navigation key.I can switch between the icons,but the screen is just blank ! As I could not open it from Isilo, i went to the file manager.But does not work ini any way.The link that u provided shows all the screen shots.My mobile screen shots would look like "all tabs visible at the top ,but with a blank screen on the phone", no matter in which tab i am in .Cant understand it at all.

The last tab (5th tab, rightmost tab, tab with the device icon) is the Device & Storage Cards view, gives file explorer access to all the application accessible directories on your device. You can use that tab to navigate to the directory in which you have stored your documents. Use the backspace key on your E71 to navigate up the directory hierarchy.

If there are no files in the current directory or if no files match the filter (Menu/Tools/Filter), then the list will be blank.

If you want to go to the C:/Data/Documents/iSilo directory, where the iSiloManualS60.pdb document is installed, then just go up the directory hierarchy until you get the volume list, then select the C: volume, then select Data to enter that directory, then select Documents to enter that directory, then select iSilo to enter that directory.

You should also read the section in the manual about the document list view so that you can understand each of the five tabs of the document list view. You can find an online version of the manual in the support section (http://www.iSilo.com/support/index.htm) of the iSilo.com website.
