Could not Hotsync the file

I have converted a file and it was stored in the Isilo folder in my Clie directory. How come it could not be transfered to my Clie TH55 after Hotsync?

I am using Isilo 4.05 trail ver.

I assume that you mean the file is in the iSiloI directory inside the directory named similar to your HotSync name inside the directory where you installed the Palm Desktop software and that you used iSiloX to convert the file to which you indicated that the destination should be to the external memory card.

Files in the iSiloI directory are copied to the card during HotSync by the iSilo Install Conduit. However, HotSync will only start the iSilo Install Conduit if you have iSilo installed in the internal memory of your device. If you have iSilo installed to a card, then HotSync will not call upon the conduit to do its job. So if you want to be able to have the iSilo Install Conduit install files to the external memory card, you need to make sure that you have iSilo installed in the internal memory of your device.
