Isilo 4.05 Card read looping in N760c

Dear Sir,

I am using N760C, and just installed your new released Isilo 4.05. however,when i try to read the file in the MS, the reading light is on forever, and looping for it, until i unplug the MS out.

In fact this problem also occur in the 4.01, howerver, it can be sloved when i sent the isilo not to auto update the list.

It may be corruption on your memory stick that is resulting in the issue. iSilo goes through the files in the /Palm/Launcher and /Palm/Programs/iSilo directories looking for documents with default categories. It is probably either a problem with a particular file or the directory data as a whole.

Can you try removing all files and subdirectories from the /Palm/Launcher and /Palm/Programs/iSilo directories of your memory stick and seeing whether the problem still occurs?

This is the same even in insert the a new MS which without any files/folders

Try formatting your new MS, the one without any files and folders, and see if it helps.
