Hello there,
I am hoping someone can help me. 24 hours ago I upgraded from 1.1 to 1.15 for the iphone. Before the upgrade all of my program links between the WTLib 2007 and The DX documents had been working correctly- I never had any problems aside from the scrolling lag which is what 1.15 is supposed to fix. Since upgrading my isilo crashes constantly. I completely restored my iphone and wiped everything back to factory settings after 12 hours of the common workarounds (ie: unchecking the program in applications, syncing, then rechecking and synching again... deleting the original files from my homefolder/music/itunes/mobileapplications and then reinstalling isilo fresh from itunes....) I have made sure that isilo is the only program installed just to make sure that this was not an error from any other app.
I am hoping that someone here can help because this has eaten up an extraordinary amount of time and I have google searched and searched this forum and cannot find anything beyond what I have already tried. Specifically, here are the issues I am having:
1) When I open up my WT-Lib and click a scripture hyperlink + to take me
to another document (DX) it does not take me to my link (or even in the
same chapter) It drops me off somewhere on the bottom of the page
that I am trying to link to where I must scroll up to get my scripture,
or to another chapter or area of the DX all together
2) 70-90% of the time, when it links to anything I receive a blank white
screen where I must try to flick my finger back trying to get something
to come up. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't causing isilo to
freeze, crash, and close out.
As it stands, all of this restoring has rendered my iphone nearly useless to me until I get this fixed. I do not want to spend another several hours reloading everything just to have to turn around a wipe it out again. (I have already done that once)
If I have to I will go back to 1.1 version (which I made a copy of before restoring my iphone just in case) but I have been using isilo for 4 years and have gone through many versions since palm os 3.0 and have too much faith in the product to give up.
