Can't get web sharing to work

I've been an iSilo Palm user for a number of years and have just purchased iSilo for my iPod Touch. I've got a bunch of docs I want to move to my Touch but I cannot get web sharing to work. I've done everything correctly according to the step-by-step instructions but something's going haywire in that I am unable to access my iSilo folder in my sites directory.

Any suggestions?

My problem is that every time I try to go to my iSilo floder I get the following:

The requested URL /~admin/iSilo/ was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at pgrmac.local Port 80

I'm doing everything as stated in the instructions, but to no avail. It just seems that my Web Sharing is not working

Have you verified the permissions on the folders to make sure that your user directory, the Sites directory, and the iSilo directory are readable by everyone?
