iSilo with licensed only working in free mode

I have buyied a license of isilo for smartphone (HTC S621 Excalibur) and everything worked well for about a month, but now, when a try to open a document it displays the message "These features are not available in Free Mode: huperlinks, images, color, tables, mixed font sizes, clibboard copy, bookmarks". "´ve tryied to reinstall the software, but nothing changes. What sould i do? Please help me!

You probably installed an old version of iSilo which resulted in it transitioning to "free mode".

Presumably you now have the latest version installed.

In iSilo's document list view, go to the Tools menu and select Options. On the Options screen, select Mode. On the Mode screen, uncheck "Free mode" and then select Done.
