Getting eBook Files on My Touch - Really Frustrated!

I am really frustrated here... nothing is working right.
I tried to get the isilo to download files directly from my computer by setting up Web Sharing and I even did set permissions... still its forbidden.

Then I have my own server space so I made a mini web page with links to all these files I want on the touch and it does not download. well it seems to load the pdf but it DOES NOT DOWNLOAD IT to my touch. It just like loads it in isilo's browser, never asks me what folder I want it downloaded to and if I leave that page its gone... it does not physically put it anywhere on my touch.

So then I tried it with Yahoo Briefcase.... same thing it will load the pdf in isilos window but it does not come up with the option of WHERE I want to store it at all... it just loads it all up and when I leave that page its gone.

This is really irritating... I was so excited to get this app to read my ebooks from my palm and now I fee I wasted $10!

I have spent hours trying all sorts of things today and nothing has worked. Its really unfair to charge $10 for something that will not work.

Can anyone tell me WHY its not downloading it to my touch?

I believe this is your own problem. I don't have to setup any permission on my web page, just enable file browsing. The web page setup time less then 5 mins.

As far as I know, iSilo doesn't handle PDFs. Try making an iSilo file using iSiloX or get a raeder that is meant to read PDF files.
