Can I transfer Isilo from iPod to iPhone?

If I bought iSilo to install on iPod Touch, can I transfer it to iPhone? or do I have to buy it again? :confused: :confused:

I believe the Fairplay DRM wrapper is tied to your iTunes Store account and not your device - when my wife upgraded from Touch to iPhone, all her applications transferred just fine.

She had to do a little dance because the phone was only rev 2.0 and her touch had already received the 2.0.2 update, but IIRC it was straightforward once they were both running the same software version.
