Problem in accessing the memory card in Nokia E71

The Isilo ver5.x is not showing the files in the memory card. There was a string with the same complaint with the E61i series. BUT NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE QUESTION!

Can the responsible Isilo Administrator give the remedy in performing a function that is promised in the manual please!

In iSilo's document list view, go to the Device & Storage Cards view, which is the rightmost tab and navigate to the volume and folder where you have the document file stored.
