I would like to find out exactly the same thing, except that I am running Vista SP1 at home.
Interestingly, I could find no information whatsoever on isilo web site explaining how to transfer my isilo documents to my iPod Touch. As if the subject is being avoided on purpose. Very strange...

You can use HFS. See this thread (http://forum.isilo.com/showthread.php?t=4695) for a discussion about HFS.
Or you can upload your files to a website that allows for you to upload files for downloading, such as Yahoo! Briefcase.
Unfortunately Apple did not add the ability for users to download files for their applications to use, so each application must implement its own file transfer capabilities. In the initial version of iSilo, we implemented the ability to download files from a web server. We are working on additional file transfer methods for a future update.
We are not avoiding any subject. It takes time to create the various tutorials. We are just swamped. Our first priority was just to get iSilo out on the iPhone with basic usability, so that those who couldn't wait could at least use it. We knew full well that there would be usability issues for many others, but that is the nature of our "time-space continuum". Things do not happen instantaneously. It actually takes time and effort to create things, such as software.
