Web Clip from IE 6 Doesn't Work

I'm trying to web clip with isilox 4.1 by clicking the icon in IE 6. The clipper window shows up, with the appropriate destination, and I can receive a message that the file is successfully converted. However, the next time I download, the file has not appeared. It seems to be in a folder called "iSiloi", but not in Install, or Quickinstall. When I bring up the iSilo program itself it is not visible there either. Any suggestions?

If the file is in the iSiloI directory then it means that you had set for the file to be installed to the external memory card of your device. The iSilo Install Conduit is the component that copies the file to your card when you perform your next HotSync. However, note that in order for the iSilo Install Conduit to be called by HotSync to do its job, you need to have iSilo installed in the internal memory of your device. If you have iSilo installed on the card, HotSync will not start the iSilo Install Conduit.

Files queued for installation to the external memory card will not show in the Palm Install or Quick Install dialogs.
